利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、moncface（以下「当方」）が提供するウェブサイト、Chrome拡張機能、その他のソフトウェアおよびサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく際は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

本サービスのうち有料製品（例: Montab Pro、Ramtide Flowなど）は、購入者個人のGoogleアカウントまたは指定された範囲での使用を許諾するものです。再販売、再配布、リバースエンジニアリングは禁止します。無料製品（Naked Series等）は、各製品ページに記載されたライセンス条件に従います。

3. 禁止事項

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
当方または第三者の知的財産権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利を侵害する行為
本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
本サービスを通じて、マルウェアやその他の有害なコードを配布する行為
自動化された手段で本サービスを過剰に利用する行為

4. 免責

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本サービスの完全性、正確性、有用性、特定目的への適合性について、明示または黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、当方は故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

6. 規約の変更

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点から有効となります。

7. 準拠法および管轄

本規約は 日本法 に準拠して解釈されます。本サービスに関連する紛争については、当方の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を 第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所 とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, Chrome extensions, and other software and services (collectively "Services") provided by moncface ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Paid products (e.g. Montab Pro, Ramtide Flow) are licensed to the purchasing individual's Google account or the scope stated on each product page. Resale, redistribution, and reverse engineering are prohibited. Free products (e.g. the Naked Series) are governed by the license stated on their respective product pages.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Violate applicable laws or public order
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights of us or any third party
Interfere with the operation of the Services
Distribute malware or other harmful code through the Services
Use the Services excessively through automated means

4. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
